After an extensive discovery and insights process, we completely updated the brand positioning and design language. From a design perspective, it was important that everything from the logo to the website struck a balance between being modern and tech-inspired, while still conveying a friendly, professional energy. A limited color palette and attention to white space added a level of sophistication to design, while playful illustrations and rounded typography communicated the brand's helpful and considerate nature.
Developed the branding, package design, web and email design, launch party collateral, and all marketing assets for Fossil Group’s newest craft brand, Mon Amie; a ladies' watch brand that gives back to communities around the world.

Garbo is a nonprofit dedicated to closing the information gap faced when online dating, interviewing, or meeting new connections in person for the first time. They aim to proactively prevent crimes against women and members of the LGBTQ+ community by providing a simpler, more comprehensive background check.
To stay true to Garbo’s desire for promoting transparency, design was kept clean and minimal, relying on thoughtful use of color and typography. Black, white, and shades of gray speak to the platform’s serious nature, while a vibrant orange was selected to represent empowerment.
Mercato is a grocery technology company that empowers independent grocers and connects them to consumers. The growing brand needed some help refining the their messaging and evolving their existing visual identity to set them apart from the competition.
After refreshing both the brand’s merchant and consumer facing messaging, we executed a high-level brand design audit. We recommended keeping what was working from their existing brand elements (logo and color palette) and then worked to evolve the rest of their design language to better align with their new positioning and messaging.

Founded by renowned Dallas OB/GYN, Dr. Kamilia Smith, Charleston House takes a personalized approach to women’s healthcare and wellness, improving the overall experience for women throughout all stages of life.
Matchfire was tasked with branding and launching Dr. Smith’s innovative, new medical practice. Inspired by the modern woman and emphasizing individualized care and advocacy for her patients, everything about the practice needed to convey a sense of warmth and hospitality that would set it apart from the typical medical experience.
After discovery and brand positioning exercises, Matchfire took on the challenge of naming, ultimately landing on Charleston House Women’s Health and Wellness. From there we developed the brand design language from the ground up, including brand identity system, dynamic web experience, marketing collateral, and social presence.

NDN Collective is a national organization dedicated to building Indigenous power by focusing on infrastructure, funding, advocacy, consulting, and philanthropy.
The organization tasked us with developing a brand design language that was bold, unapologetically native, and provocative — yet credible. The juxtaposition of the aggressive, hand-painted lettermark and bold, clean typography perfectly conveys the group's disruptive nature. It also struck a balance between their desire for something unique and memorable, and their need to be viewed as a serious national organization.

Heart House is an education nonprofit that serves refugee children in Dallas, Texas with a holistic after-school program utilizing social emotional learning to help them thrive in their new community.
Matchfire was approached by Heart House to find a better way to represent their organization and tell their story. We took them through our positioning and purpose exercise and ultimately recommended a full brand refresh. In addition to refining their brand messaging, we developed a colorful new brand identity and design language. We continue to partner with Heart House to increase awareness and support for their organization.
